How to Use the Service

Step 1: Contact Me

Using the enquiry form, contact me with a description of your requirements, indicating whether you are sending photos by email or post. I will respond to your query within one working day, along with details on how to submit your photos.

Step 2: Send Photos

Email or send me the picture you want restored, indicating any specific areas you would like me to focus on. If sending by post, I would recommend that you use a trackable service. Emailing photos is free of charge, and I provide some guidelines on how to best scan and prepare files before sending them.

Step 3: Quote and Payment

I will analyse the picture and scan it if applicable, and within one working day provide you with a quote, in accordance with my pricing guide, as well as suggestions for any improvements for you to consider. If you are happy with the quote and suggestions, I will provide you with my payment details using PayPal, and commence working on the picture as soon as your payment has been received.

Step 4: Restoration

I aim to have completed all quoted works within three working days, but will advise you before starting if there might be any delays. I will be in contact with you during the work should there be any queries.

Step 5: The Finished Picture

Once your picture is ready, I will email you a high resolution copy, with the highest quality possible depending on the initial file size. This will then be your property, and you are free to print and copy this for personal use.

If you have requested a physical copy, this will be posted to you using First Class Recorded Delivery within five working days of completion.
